Kasia is a very friendly and nice hairdresser, however she did a perm on my hair to lift the route. She told me the ends are dry but not too worry bec...ause she will protect them (she did put cling film on the ends). The end result was an absolute disaster. My hair had no curls at all and was burnt completely. She dried my hair out so she could cut the end and told me not to worry it will be curly after I washed it waiting 72 hours. No curls, not even waves! I've texted her with my pictures and she told me to go back. At that point I decided that given the state of my hair I'm not letting her anywhere near it again. I've tried warm hair oils, milkshake mask etc but at the end my hair had to be cut to the shortest pixie I've ever had. I'm obviously not happy with this as my hair was curly and just wanted to have more lift at the routes so it wouldn't get flat at the top. I am hoping my patchy bold scalp will heal and I will have a full head of hair again. Her communication got quite aggressive at the end so I had to block her number. Shame on her for burning my hair like that and being so rude about it! Pictures:The curly is my hair before she permed it. Hello, when you came to me, I advised you not to do the perm on hair because the regrowth was small and the condition of the hair was poor. But you decided that you wanted to do it. I did it only on the regrowth, protecting the rest of the hair. After doing the perm I trimmed the ends to fix them after previous service. I blow-dried them at your request. When, after a few days, you message to me that your hair was straight 😲 invited you to the salon to see what happened and suggest something that would improve their condition. But you didn't even reply to my messages. After about 2 weeks, I wrote to you to make sure what was happening. And u start complaing
