Good afternoon mate, usually we’d hold our hands up if something was genuinely wrong, but at the moment we’re more than happy to offer you a free service and explain why we think this is a really unfair and unjustified 2 star review. When you were showed the haircut with the mirror you never brought any of these issues up and said you couldn’t wait to come back, which leaves us a bit confused. You also requested a burst fade and the picture above shows a burst fade, as for the fringe I’m not sure what the problem could be as we’re extremely confident it was never thinned out at all. Cheers for coming through but next time if your seriously this unhappy please don’t hesitate to say something to your stylist, and don’t leave a one sided 2 star review a full day after having your haircut.
