The first hairdresser in 7 yrs to have not only interpreted my vague ideas into a great cut but because I can't have colour, bleach too. It's a lovely..., friendly place to be, easy access and parking and I couldn't be happier with the results....I dont need to come home and re-style my hair!! It's such a shame that 1 single person felt so entitled that she needed to leave a bad review just because she didnt get a call back after using Booksy to book an appointment. That's like booking in with a receptionist and still insisting that the sytylist phone them personally!! What a donut!! Please remember that its just Steph! If she has to respond to every single booking, whoever is getting their hair done at the time is going to be constantly interupted! I couldnt recommend Hairworks and Steph high enough and am delighted to finally find someone I know will do a superb job on my hair. Show more

Didn’t go to the appointment as have phoned and was told would call back when not driving and didn’t call back I then called the next day and left a m...essage and I then texted and nothing…….. very unprofessional so would not want to spend my money with someone who clearly doesn’t want the business!! Thank you for taking the time for leaving your feedback. It’s very disappointing for me, as a person running her own business with no additional staff to be called unprofessional based on the fact I was driving and couldn't help you at the time! I did intend to call you back but meanwhile you had booked a consultation on Booksy which was great so thank you. Sadly though, you then didn’t turn up for your booked consultation which left me not only out of pocket but with a space I couldn’t fill. Clearly there has been a misunderstanding here, but as you will see from all the other excellent reviews, this is not something that is a regular occurrence and I wish you luck for finding somewhere else.

Without a doubt the best haircut I have ever had. Steph is lovely and very easy to talk to. The place itself is absolutely lovely - cosy and beautiful...ly decorated. Very easy to find and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend and will be going back again soon. Show more
