Hi Ashton we’re sorry that you’re not happy with your haircut. Could you please tell me why you did not make a comment when you got shown the back and sides or raise a complaint while in the shop so that it could have been sorted, further more you were 10 minutes late for your haircut and should have been charged double but you were not, the barber who cut you also went out of his way to cut you before his next client in a 10 minute gap because he didn’t want you to waste your journey. For in the future maybe tell the barber while you are in shop that you are not happy and turn up on time for your haircut
