Asked for natural looking eyelashes. When opened my eyes was such a shock to see about 2 cm long curvy eyelashes which I never asked for, and nothing ...like that was shown in any pictures the Master sent to me prior the appointment. I was embarrassed even to leave the building with these eyelashes so asked to remove them. While removing the Master damaged my skin under eyes with chemicals applied all around eyes with no protection. It was really painful and now I have a burn under my eyes. Just to note that I mentioned at the beginning of the appointment that I have sensitive skin. Still can’t understand why to put the chemicals all around my eyes and with no protection. Then the master started refusing to even return my deposit. Not talking about any apology for wasting my time, burning my skin, etc. In addition, it was booked a day prior my holiday abroad. So, no time to find another master plus burned skin under my eyes. Would recommend to avoid at any costs. She refunded the deposit eventually. But the other damage she caused is substantial.
