Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. Arrived at my appointment time to be told to come back 40 minutes later. I returned about 45 minu...tes later to be told I’ll have to wait another 25 minutes. I did not stay and wait, and all the back and forth made me late for an event. I would have appreciated a text or an email to say my appointment was running late so I could have made other arrangements. I don’t understand how someone could be running 70 minutes over so early in the day! Show more
