However, some of them are good, some are not quite yet, and we hope you can understand to for our situation that we are trying our best to find the good staffs to serve you all. in your case, i totally understand you not happy with this new girl, she will have more training somewhere. and to show you our apology, i offer to upgrade your pedicure to Luxury pedicure (extra massage, extra pamper, extra work for heel) for the next time you have pedicure with no extra cost or if you think of a way we can help , please do let us know. hi Charlotte sorry to hear that , please give me more information. we encourage client before do any rating, please take few minute to talk to us first so we can improve our service. We never want to overcharge client even 1 penny so if you think it was overcharged please let us know so we can make it right straight away. sometimes clients book a thing on Booksy but when they come, they do different thing or add-on take off, gel, hand designs or french tips ...etc... the price will be different to what they booked. many of the chance the price is less and we always charge less and the same if clients having extra ,we will charge for what we did. we always explain if you are the new clients but in case we didnt explain, please do ask, we always willing to explain or if we find out we make mistakes/ wrong , we wont denise and make it right straight away.
