Had 3 people booked in for 10am when it’s supposed to open at 10am but didn’t turn up till 10:30 am 1 member of staff, hair was rushed and braids wonk...y weren’t lined up to match the other side I’ve had my hair done multiple times by other stylists and they always make my hair look amazing however I won’t be using this service again, charged me £30 for a rushed style and it specifies its £25 on the booking absolute shambles Show more

One of the girls who worked with me did this hairstyle, and she charged people more than the real amount, practically stealing from the customers, but she no longer works here and has already left. I would like to return the 50% discount on your proposed hairstyle with my sincere apologies.
