      All new clients must book a patch test which must be at least 48 hours before your appointment. At this time, we can also discuss your needs/preferences and I will answer any questions you have about the service you are interested in booking. There is no charge for a patch test. The £10 shown is a ‘cancellation fee’ 50% of which is only applied in the event that you do not show up at the scheduled time. Otherwise your card will not be charged

Hazel is literally the nicest lady ever. I messed up changing my appt and it stayed at thr original time. Hazel messaged to see if i was on my way and... i was confused as had changed it to a later time. Nevertheless, she waited for me to come in a hurry, not once made me feel bad, and did an amazing job. Hazel is welcoming and bubbley and laughed at what is the chaos which is my life. Show more
