Long Cut & Finish Toner

The salon is absolutely lovely and in a great convenient location. However, the haircut was diabolical and not what I asked for. I booked in with Jess... who isn’t my usual hairdresser due to her work on social media and I believed she was able to give the layered trending haircut. I had one length hair all across so this was an easy canvas to work with. The face framing is awful. Both sides are too short - and by the time I noticed one side was cut, there was no saving it apart from making the other side the same length to match. I have straightened my hair today after leaving with a curly blowdry so I can see the actual shaping. Both sides were not measured for symmetry like any other hairdresser does - however I do not like to interfere with someone’s skills and assume they know what they’re doing. There are 2 random long pieces on the right side of my face between a very harshly angled face frame. On the left side, the fringe or face frame is long then short then long like an M, and it does not connect at all or blend with the rest of the hair. The pictures don’t actually show how bad the cut looks in reality. It will take a long time to grow back out to look somewhat normal. I will also have to pay extra to get this corrected elsewhere. Honestly speaking, as there is a very blunt graduation at the front, it’s not far off from looking like Lord Farquad’s haircut. Show more
