I can not praise Autumn Rose any more, all staff are helpful and friendly, my daughter had a prom and we had some last minute hair and nail dramas, th...e owner contacted all girls whilst they was on holiday going above and beyond to cater for us and fit us in for her prom, she got her nails done by Marie and they were amazing and Amy coloured her hair and then she went back on her prom day to have it styled and she looked amazing. Lovely girls, lovely happy atmosphere will only be using here for hair and nails from now on. Can not thank them all enough for how they treated her and made her feel special for her occasion, and my daughter has Autism so really struggles in these situation when she don’t know people well but felt so at ease and has said she only wants to go here for now on.
