Great facilities, hired the private park for our dog as he's not socialised yet and he got the run out he needed. Staff very friendly and helpful and ...great selection of coffees and traybakes. We booked again and would highly recommend a visit. Show more

Private Park (Up to 3 Dogs)

Brilliant park for any type of dog and never fails to make my dog happy. He always comes home wrecked with all the running he does. I booked the Priva...te field and because I was the last booking of that day my dog got the run of the bigger field that is used for loads of dogs, the private field is also a great size for any dog. Plenty of different things for the dogs to climb on and explore and plenty of tennis balls and a thrower to play with your dog, there is also plenty of water available for the dog to have a drink. The fields are kept clean to the best of the owners' ability, giving that responsible owners watch their dogs and pick up after them. There is a place to wash your dog after, and it's great. It has hot water, soap, and a dryer. My dog loves it here, and I've never once had a bad experience here. This time of year is always muddy, but the owners try their best to keep it from being extra muddy, hence why they've added the wash part so your car is saved from messy paws. Show more

The staff were really attentive to the dogs and Olive had loads of fun safely running around with her friends - bo...th older dogs she had met before and newer dogs she met there on the day. 💖 We loved seeing the businesses there too, it’s a lovely idea to support local and smaller companies. Not great, the weather was terrible rain and wind so couldn’t really go and stand in that. I understand there is a 48hour cancellation policy and wasn...’t expecting money back but thought at least let me reschedule. It was our first time going but probably won’t try again. Show more

Hi Jonathan I'm sorry you felt unhappy with WRDP policy's resulting in your 1* review. I'm not sure that folks always read what they are booking or understand that we have to have policy's in place to allow us to sustain a small business. I'm sure you understand that to enjoy this facility in the nice weather we have to have a reliable income throughout the bad. Our customers attend the park regardless of the weather conditions and so therefore we have staff supervising sessions whether fully booked or just one other dog in attendance. Thankfully, the doggos don't mind the weather 😊 We will close the park if we have a severe weather warning, of course, but when booking on, we recommend checking the weather conditions for the time you are coming. The park also has rain shelters and umbrellas for use should the weather deteriorate. If we were to close or reschedule every time it rains in NI, I'm afraid we wouldn't be open very much at all! We hope you will consider visiting us in the future. Kind regards WRDP team 😊

Social groups are perfect for scociable dogs, and private hire is an option fo...r those who need it, as well as the other zones for those wanting enrichment, without other dogs in their space... and the coffee shop to keep the humans warm!!
