This was the first time meeting Sacha and joining the meditation class. I was feeling very overwhelmed and anxious as this was out of my comfort zone ...but wow Sacha and the other girls made me feel at ease as well as the environment/location being beautiful. This was my first ever guided meditation class and it completely exceeded my expectations. Sacha is such a calming influence with a beautiful soul and... alongwith the stunning setting, nestled into the grounds of a country home and little touches of added luxury, it was everything and more that I hoped it’d be! Highly recommend, especially to ladies who, like me, had never tried meditation before and need a little guidance to start off with whilst also to ladies who are well into their meditation journey and want to include the added power and energy of a group setting.
