I honestly can’t recommend JJ enough. I’ve been going a while now and I always feel so comfortable and looked after when I’m there. JJ is so lovely, ...friendly and welcoming, and I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. I really appreciate that she listens to what I want and always make me feel completely at ease. I feel like I’m in very safe hands and I trust her advice. I’m always really happy with my treatments and the results. Everything looks natural, which is exactly what I want, and it gives me such a lovely boost in confidence. Thank you 💖

It's not the first time and certainly won't be the last I am visiting this clinic. I always have such a positive experience. From the consultation to ...the actual session, everything feels natural and professional and so reassuring. Jonny always takes all the time needed to understand exactly what I want, talks me through the process, and makes sure I feel comfortable the whole way through. What really stands out is Jonny's honesty. She genuinely considers what will give the best result for the client, even if that means recommending less treatment or no treatment or not as often treatment. It's clear she prioritizes results and trust over upselling, which makes me feel completely confident in her advice. And the results are so natural, exactly the subtle refresh I always hope for. Everything looks just right, no bruising, minimal discomfort, and the aftercare advice is always there. I'm returning to Jonny for future treatment and would highly recommend her to anyone considering. Five stars!
