The service was quick but ...high-quality, and the result was exactly what I wanted. This is the best cut I’ve gotten since moving to MK! The service was too notch. Amazing environment, very clean and the staff was friendly. Andrei w...as my stylist and he gave me a beautiful taper and lineup. It’s the sharpest cut I’ve had without enhancements in years. Very very worst service. I cut my hair with them for around 2 years. My last cut was very disappointing. Very uneven hair cut. I don’t know whether he... knows to cut the hair or not. 1st time I’m regretting from this shop in these 2 years. This person who cut my hair his name is Ralph. He was in such a hurry to take more customers even without appointment and he did this to me. No where near professional service. Show more

Hi , if we never made a mistake within 2 years and it really happened now , we apologise . Please come back anytime and we will fix the haircut , none of our barbers it’s at that level . I am surprised that you left without saying anything in the shop , we could have fixed the problem much easier.

Second time coming to iconic cuts, My dad usually books with barber Sorin however for personal reasons, he wasn't in (no problem). My father booked ba...rber Niko today, and oh god, it was a big mistake. When I sat down in the chair, everything felt like it was rushed. Niko didn't even make conversation with me at all and didn't even allow me to rest my arms on the arm rest! Can you believe that?! The haircut I asked for was a Mid-Low taper with a little bit off the top. When he started, he was manhandling my head and was cutting my sides in ways I've never seen a barber cut before. The top was perfectly fine however the Taper was horrendous. It was way too low and i couldn't even see the fade! When i asked him to redo it or fade me higher, he declined me with no second thought which i found a bit rude, after the haircut he didn't ask me whether i wanted barber alchohol instead he droused my head in it leaving my neck burning, im absolutely outraged about this haircut and next time ill go to Ralph. Ive got work experience next week and I have to make a good impression (Lord have mercy.) When i got home i asked my brother what he thought about my haircut he didn't even realise i got one! My father did speak to Bogdan (Great barber by the way) and I will be returning to the saloon just not with barber Niko. Show more

It’s my second time having my hair cut by Bianca, and I’m genuinely glad to have found her. We definitely need more women barbers — or maybe Bianca is... just one of a kind. Either way, her attention to detail and the final result are second to none. I stopped going to my old barbers because the quality just kept dropping and there was no consistency. Every barber here is fully booked and works tirelessly — always a good sign. The booking system is smooth, there’s plenty of parking at the shopping centre (£2), and they accept cards, so no more scrambling for cash. There’s also plenty of seating while you wait, the shop has a really nice vibe, and if you book for later, you can wander around the shops for a bit too. Highly recommend! Show more
