Very disappointed Apparently Booksy didn’t notify my booking to the Dolls Den. Even though it was booked almost a week before and I received instant ...confirmation by email that Same day. So when I arrived the lady was not in and wasn’t expecting me to arrive. So I had to leave and not have any treatment on this occasion Show more

Hi Donna, your patch test was actually booked for tomorrow (Wednesday 9am not today) I have sent you a text message with the screenshot of your patch test booking. I hadn’t sent you my address personally therefore wasn’t aware you were here for a patch test today as reminders / confirmation messages get sent the day before. As stated on Booksy upon booking no money is taken from your account unless you breach my policy. No money has exchanged therefore no refund is required
