I’m always a bit nervous about going to a hairdresser I haven’t been to before but, in this instance, I needn’t have worried. It was perfect. I wa...s very pleased with the service received and with the staff too. What I really appreciated was being offered a seat first, to discuss what I wanted, before getting my hair washed. Little touches like that go a long way. The hair-washing experience was sublime and I could have sat there all day, getting a good head massage! I really liked the way Mark took great care to get my hair just right too. The ‘entertainment’ and the banter in the salon was hilarious! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Henricks. Megan was amazing. Megan was a whizz at doing my hair, it usually takes 2-3 people to do it wheres she did it all on her own, and quicker than any hai...r dresser in royston. Very understanding of disabilities (such as epilepsy) which in my experience with previous hair dressers in royston is rare. Megan blow dried and straightened it and also put it up for me in the style i wanted and kept me cool. A good listener and great person to talk to. I will l be booking again with megan for sure especially now i know you can do it online. Show more
