Hi Yusra I have texted you twice to resolve this issue, sadly I'm a little bit confused how you feel that way as you was happy with the service when I did it 4 weeks ago but left a negative review today? your appointment went the same as all my other appointments, The only difference was that I asked you to come with no make up/or mascara to your appointment and you arrived with strip lashes and lash glue on your lashes which takes time to remove all lash glue residue, which comes off your appointment time which I would like to avoid because I want you to get the full 2 hours of me lashing, you also said you loved the lashes and before you left I did say any issues please message me. if you would like to discuss this a bit more please text me kind regards x
