This was by far the best experience I've had in a natural hair salon. Shirley was very warm and welcoming. I went in for a wash, treatment, blow-dry a...nd trim. Shirley was respectful of the amount I wanted trimmed off. The wash was lovely. She did not rip out my hair. She treated it with care. I'll definitely be back when I need my hair done again. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Worth every penny. Show more

My first time visiting Jenifer Cynthia Hair Salon. I was very apprehensive from terrible past salon experiences, however Shirley took the time to prop...erly detangle my hair and offer advice. She also trimmed the agreed amount of hair from my ends (nothing more), which I really appreciated. Where should I begin?! On arrival, I was greeted by the lovely Shirley. She was my stylist for the day. I was extremely nervous as my past visits to s...alons in London wasn't that great. I would have to redo my hair when I went home! My whole experience was amazing! I made the right decision in choosing this salon to have my hair cared for. I had a texture release for the first time. I have been getting complaints from every Tom, Dick and Harry, lol. My 3 yr old wants to get her hair done too, haha! Honestly, it was awesome. I could go on and on about my time at the salon. But I think the characters would run out. The hospitality and professionalism was 10/10 I can't wait go back! This is the place to get your hair done. Don't get put off by the prices. It's worth it!!
