Usually you do a great job but this time you barely took any length off the top. You've just wet it and squashed it down. He has very thick 4C hair so... it's not going to look good for long is it? EDIT: 1- I'm disabled so I couldn't go with my son on this occasion. 2- he has autism and you have NO IDEA just how difficult it is to wash and brush his hair. 3- you sent a tirade of abuse to my phone! HOW DARE YOU!! Just because you got a 3 star review! You pathetic little boy, you're nothing but a spoilt child throwing all his toys out of his pram. Vile behaviour. Abuse and discrimination. You need to apologise before I report you and seek legal action. EDIT 3. Instead of apologizing you send more abuse to my personal phone. You are the liar. I will see you soon Show more

Next time come with your son .I ask him and he said it was ok and you left his hair so long (7months)and the hair was full of knots and dirty . So I couldn’t even comb it but you expect me to do magic as well. :Sorry it was a simple matter you could have send him back or bring him as usual ,then I trim more of his hair than writing a review: that's what I message you on your phone. However you know what I said was right then but you are here trying to twist things,lying and play victim saying I ABUSE you and DISCRIMINATE you 🥺🤭😳.
