I have now had 4 visits to Katie’s clinic for 3 different treatments. She is so warm and friendly. She answered all my questions and put any anxieties... I had to bed. Her clinic is lovely and clean, fresh and bright and it was really relaxing (the comfiest beauty bed I’ve ever lay down on!). I can’t wait to see the results from my treatment as have booked a course of 6 as I really trusted her advice. The hydro facial is also amazing - so good I’ve booked another. Thank you. Show more

I went to Katie for the first time to discuss my problem area and expectations, and she explained thoroughly how best to achieve the best results for ...me. I was also warned about the potential risks (albeit rare), and what would happen should anything go wrong - an important part of the process that I feel is often neglected with other aestheticians. I felt confident I was in good hands. Throughout the the treatment, Katie told me exactly what she would be doing and when, and I was aware that ensuring my personal comfort was a priority to her. After the treatment, I was absolutely delighted with the results. This wasn’t enough for perfectionist Katie though, who wanted to make absolutely sure that my fillers were suitably symmetrical after my swelling had subsided as I had bruised slightly on the one side. I have bruised before in previous treatments, so this wasn’t a surprise to me, but after being given advice and sent off with arnica, Katie had me promise I would update with pictures a few days later, just to make sure everything was ok. Within a couple of days, everything had settled and I’m now loving my rejuvenated look! Katie is friendly, her clinic is spotlessly clean, and her work is meticulous. I can’t recommend her highly enough! 🙂 Show more
