My appointment was scheduled for 17:20, and I arrived early at 17:00, informing Prithum of my presence while he was busy with another client. Despite ...finishing with that client at 17:25, he proceeded to take another child instead of honoring my appointment. This behavior is unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers’ time. I would appreciate a clarification and steps to ensure such incidents do not occur again. Show more

Unfortunately we were busy because it's Sunday. so sometimes we run 10 mins late and early as the management explained you.
