From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. My appointment started on time, which is always a plus. I had a specific vision in mind, and I showed Mario an AI-generated image of what I was looking for. He was excellent—attentive, skilled, and meticulous, avoiding the mistakes I've encountered in the past. The service I received was exactly what I wanted, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I will certainly be returning to Studio One for future visits. The ambiance of the studio is inviting, and the location is both convenient and pleasant. I hopped on the Central Line (Gants Hill Stn) and was back in Central London in just 30 minutes, making the entire experience hassle-free. First time I had my hair cut at studio one and it won’t be the last time. I came in nit really knowing what I wanted, I showed Pat a picture and he wo...rked his magic. Whilst getting my haircut the fringe wasn’t how I pictured it but Pat corrected it and did the style I liked after describing what I really wanted. He took his time with making my fade crisp and my beard look sharp and well shaped up. All the barbers are friendly and professional and it’s a welcoming environment. Show more
