Hi babe you have posted this on the 11th wich is 5 days after your appointment the first 48hrs I take full responsibility with any complaints after that time frame it is then the clients job to be taking care of there lashes properly if this did happen the day after you could have dropped me a message and we would’ve got them fixed completely free of charge x
