I cannot recommend Jo enough! I came in with dark black and red hair, knowing it would be a challenge to go lighter without major damage. From the sta...rt, she was honest about expectations and the process, which I really appreciated. But somehow, she worked absolute magic! In just one appointment, she took my hair to a beautiful light brown while keeping it healthy and strong. I’m beyond amazed by the results! Absolutely in love with my hair. Thanks so much Jo!
