Absolutely love charlie. Found her through Instagram and through a friend of mine who is also a client of hers. She is so helpful and kind. Very nice ...to just talk to about anything and a great person to vibe with in the salon whilst getting your hair done. Ive been her client for round 6 months already and definitely wont go anywhere else. Charlie replies to messages and if shes busy with work or working with another client at the time she will always reply later. Really thoughtful and understanding when i asked about her payl8r scheme as i knew coming in that extensions are an expensive luxury, she explained to me with ease i can pay them off over a period as i needed which was a welcoming response.
