Andy has looked after me for over a year now. No matter how many times I manage to break myself he’s somehow always able to put me back together. Fru...stratingly, I never seem to have just one single niggle; there’s always a second and, most likely, a third or fourth. Andy always takes the time to get to the root cause of each injury, and explain what’s happened as well as suggest adaptations I need to make in order to remain training. This has meant that he has been able to keep me functioning and mobile through both recent pregnancy and postpartum. Shout out to Alex too for carrying out my Post Natal assessment to make sure I was safe to go back to training after my C-section. She conducted a full detailed examination, offering support and guidance to ensure I stayed safe whilst returning to training. Show more

Went in for a sports massage, as I’ve been having trouble with pain in my shoulder and up my neck. Andy was so nice and he explained a lot of things t...o me and was really easy to talk which was great as some areas were quite painful when he was working on them so it was a great distraction. I’m feeling sore today but I can feel there’s less tension in my neck and shoulder I think going forward I’m going to have less issues with that area so thank you so much. Show more
