I saw Andy at AAP for my marathon prep over 15 weeks. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, he is able to make you feel very comforta...ble and the sessions flew by. He was always able to locate and alleviate issues, and provided me with comprehensive additional exercises to ensure my body was well prepared for this event. Would highly recommend this clinic - went in with tightness in my upper back and hips which was affecting my workouts at the gym and daily activities.... Andrew is super knowledgeable and was really great at identifying and explaining the underlying issues. Couldn’t have had a better service. I Went to the appointment not being able to rotate my head after pulling something. Andy got me in straight away a...nd told me exactly what the problem was and got to work… immediately after the session I was able to fully rotate my head and was also given some aftercare to go home with. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!! Show more
