I have been to Julie 3 times now for brows and my first time today for lip blush. I've never ever been disappointed with Julie's work, hygiene, consen...t forms or aftercare. She spoke me through each process via brows and lips. I just got my treatments done this morning and I'm very happy with them already. I've already got people complimenting her work on me and asking for her number/social media. I have just read a bad review and very much so disagree with what has been written. Thank you again! Lip Blush Top-Up (1 - 2 years)

I am extremely disappointed and distressed with the lip blush treatment I received from Julie Bain's Permanent Cosmetics Salon. The treatment was supp...osed to enhance my lip shape and color, but instead, it has left me with a botched and uneven result. The color has been placed way outside of my natural lip line, with missing patches and a severely inconsistent outline. The result is unflattering and has caused me significant distress. To make matters worse, Julie Bain failed to maintain basic hygiene and safety standards during the treatment, which has put my health at risk. What's even more egregious is that Julie Bain used my images without my consent on her social media platforms, which is a frequent practice of hers according to other previous clients' feedback. This blatant disregard for client privacy and consent is appalling. I was not presented with a consent form or declaration for the treatment, and I was not provided with any aftercare instructions or support. When I tried to contact Julie Bain for advice and support, she was unresponsive and unprofessional, even threatening to block my number. When I requested that Julie Bain rectify her botched work, she proposed unreasonable and unacceptable conditions, including being filmed for the entire duration of the corrective treatment and signing a document that would have silenced me and prevented me from sharing my experience. These conditions are not only unprofessional but also unlawful and inhumane. It's clear that Julie Bain's intention was to intimidate and silence me rather than provide a genuine solution to the damage she caused. To rectify the damage, I am now forced to pay an actual professional to repair and fix the work she has done, which is a significant financial burden. This is a direct result of Julie Bain's substandard work and unprofessional conduct. *WARNING TO OTHERS:* If you value your health, safety, and well-being, I strongly advise you to avoid Julie Bain's Permanent Cosmetics Salon at all costs. Her lack of professionalism, disregard for hygiene and safety standards, blatant disregard for client consent and privacy, and attempts to silence clients who have been harmed by her actions make her a significant risk to anyone considering her services. Don't make the same mistake I did – prioritize your safety and invest in a reputable and professional practitioner. _STAY VIGILANT_ When reading reviews about Julie Bain's Permanent Cosmetics Salon, be cautious of suspiciously glowing reviews that lack specific details. Look for inconsistencies and consider the credibility of the reviewer. Your safety and well-being are worth investing in a reputable and professional practitioner. _UPDATE_ I have now filed formal reports and legal action is currently underway against Julie Bain. I will continue to pursue all necessary steps to hold her accountable for her actions. Going through peri-menopause, thinning hair and eyebrows I have wanted to get my eyebrows done for so long. I was never any good at drawing them in bu...t this is my face so I was nervous and have never done anything like it before. Julie was so lovely and understanding, explained everything. I put my trust in her and wow it paid off. I love them!! What a difference. Julie is amazing at what shes does, having looked at her work I knew my brows would be good but they have exceeded that they are amazing. I love them ...so much, can't stop looking at them. Julie is one of the nicest girls and makes you feel so welcome. I had previous microblading that needed fixed and Julie was so helpful and answered lots of questions and advised what was best to do before treatment, she takes the time with you which is so nice.
