Sharon was very warm and clearly knowledgeable, a lot of stylist normally comment on how my hair is difficult to deal with as my hair is 4C and quite ...thick. But Sharon didn’t make such comment , showing me that she’s well rounded ! She explained what she was doing at each step and made me feel very comfortable. Sharon was recommended to me by a family friend. On the day of appointment sharon greeted me with a very friendly smile and introduced herself formerl...y as it was the first time we were meeting. She sat me in the chair and put the gown on me, where i started to explained what my problems where in terms of hair management. Sharon assessed my hair highlighting what she was going to do to correct my hair and style it in a way that would give me that feminine cut i was looking for. During the cutting process Sharon took her time to explain what she doing step by step and advised me on some products to use for the aftercare. The end result(cut) was exactly what i was looking for and i'll definitely will be going back for future haircuts. All in all it was a great experience and will be recommending Hair by Sharon to family and friends . Show more
