Was my first time meeting Siana at Bows, she was very welcoming, offered me a drink a few times during appointment. I explained that we had to be very... careful with my left hand do to Lymphedema risk & she was super cautious and careful. I was unsure what i wanted on my ring finger she didn't rush me for decision just said we'll leave that one til last so i can have a think, i still didn't know so she showed me a design she had on her phone so we went for that one. Very happy with the end result, Siana is very sweet and i had a lovely time getting pampered. This is only the start of her nail journey business and she is smashing it already. Look forward to coming back soon. Salon is lovely busy place very relaxing and all the girls working there are friendly and welcoming, Sophie has created a wonderful space for her clients and work colleagues xx Show more

Chopped a large amount of my hair for a bleach sample, said she would phone me the next week with the results. 3 weeks later and no phone call. Phoned... to ask for results, advised I’d get a phone call when she’s done with her client, never called back. Assumed I’m being ignored because she’s probably lost my hair sample! Hi Caroline, Siana took the amount of hair needed to do the strand test, I apologised on the phone for the lack of communication and explained Siana would call you after her last client today. She tried to call you but there was no answer. We can only apologise for the delay of getting in touch, we are an extremely busy salon and although this is no excuse we are only human and sometimes things get missed.
