She began with a warm foot soak, infused with aromatic essential oils, which immediately set the tone for a soothing experience. The exfoliation process was both thorough and gentle, effectively removing any roughness while ensuring my comfort. The nail shaping and cuticle care were performed with precision, reflecting May’s attention to detail. The massage that followed was particularly noteworthy, as it was both relaxing and invigorating, providing much-needed relief to tired feet - as an elite athlete this is important to me. Hygiene and sanitation were clearly prioritised throughout the service. All tools appeared to be properly sterilised, and the workspace was impeccably maintained. The staff exhibited a high level of courtesy, ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied at every stage of the process. Overall, my experience with May was exceptional.
