You requested natural look on the day. I’ve been doing makeup for over 9 years and a soft, natural look is something I can achieve efficiently without compromising on quality. I also made the adjustment you asked for during the appointment to make sure you were happy before leaving.
It was a particularly warm day, and when opting for minimal coverage, it can sometimes affect longevity — especially without heavier products. That said, I’ve never had feedback like this before, so I do appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
If you ever decide to book again, I’d be happy to spend extra time making sure the finish and wear match your expectations completely.
