I booked it turned up with a lovely welcome as always. I told Jess I wanted to go shorter and have my hair thinned out as it was just too heavy for me.... She knows I have 3 children and a very busy life so advised me to not go as short as I wanted and to keep it a little bit longer than I wanted so I could put it up.
