I feel bad for putting a 3 star review as I never leave a bad review,but I am going to be honest. My Daughter had her hair cut yesterday and although ...the cut was ok, she is very upset. She requested a trim as she has been growing it long. The stylist cut 3 to 4 inches off! My daughter is shy and didn't get upset until we left. There isn't anything that can be done now but I hope, if this review is looked at, that the hairdresser will in future hold up the hair and say "this much ok? ". It's such a simple thing to do and would prevent your client from being heartbroken after their cut. Show more

Sorry to hear this. Louise cut 1 half inch only off length and girl requested layers so that is where the 3/4 inches were taken off. Cant layer without taking length off I’m afraid and I did ask her where she wanted shortest layer to be before cutting ! Sorry she was upset 🖤
