I went for a dry cut. The hairdresser struggled to understand what I meant. In the end, she styled it and charged me more for something I didn't ask f...or. At first glance, I thought it looked really good. Only when I got home that I realised my hair at the front was a lot shorter on one side. If you want to look like an idiot then go for it. If you don't, then avoid it. Show more

The salon has now changed hands. My only reason for this review is to ensure nobody else wastes their time or money as the new staff have no training ...or qualifications. I strongly advise against anyone booking here as they have nothing, the salon is empty. I don’t understand why all services are still available to book if they are unable to provide them??? Show more

Owners have changed hands, when I booked I was not notified it still had my usual hairdresser to choose. I only found out when I turned up it was new ...owners. The hairdresser seemed inexperienced. I had to explain a few times what I wanted and I did not receive that. I didnt think it was as bad until I got home. My hair has been cut uneven, front/side of my hair doesnt blend to the back. Fringe is uneven which I had asked to be corrected while i was there but I got fed up of trying to explain the fringe I wanted and what layers was, I just gave up and paid and left. I am now having to look for another hairdresser to fix my hair. Show more
