Having had upper back, shoulder, and arm pain for over 20 years, I've tried most things to help but nothing has helped relieve the pain for more than ...a few hours. One week after visiting Rick, i feel so much more loose, and the pain level has dropped significantly. Rick is very welcoming, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. As others have said, it is painful, but the rewards far outweigh the temporary pain. I'm definitely going back for treatments in other areas. I would recommend a look at the process of Myofascial Release if you're in anyway worried or in doubt. It really does work! Show more

Absolutely brilliant, not got lie it fluffing hurt, but walked away with no throbbing in my thigh, lower back ache which was a constant dull ache gone..., feels sore and a bit tender, some nice bruising but 100% better than when I walked in, was put at ease straight away, Rick's a really nice guy Show more

Excellent! What a lovely guy who knows his stuff. I was in dreadful pain with Sciatica & I have just come out from a session with Rick & already feel ...pain free. Went to see Rick regarding neck and upper back pain that I’ve had for 15 years. I’ve tried everything in the past to try and get it sorted and spent a... fortune in the process I.e physio, sports massages, acupuncture. Pain killers, steroid injections, private osteopath, private chiropractors the list is endless. so I decided to book in and give it ago and I did not regret it at all. Feel so much looser in my upper back, neck, arms. I didn’t feel 90 year old when I got up the next morning can’t actually believe how much better it feels so I’m one happy bunny.
