I've had two sessions now, and both times have been a massive success. Coming away and feeling so much better is a great feeling. The natural serotoni...n release helps too. Once the initial redness turns to bruising, and the treatment goes through it's final process, you can feel an even greater improvement. Now, over two weeks on from my last, and only session on both my legs, I have no pain from squatting down and straightening back up! My calves, thighs, and lower back, have greatly improved. At 62 after being active, sporty, gardening, d i y n all thst stuff, i had for no reason, degenerated into permanent body pain and scarily, stiffening... up to a degree where nothing loosened things. Medication, swimming, stretching n every massage type.. nothing helped. I had my first session tonight, only one leg n hip n buttock as im so tight it took a lot of work. It wasnt screaming agony but you have to understand the pain and as the tool soon gets a large area involved, it just blends into heat and alert skin. The more we got into it, i was able to tolerate it n chatter on as usual. A couple of hours later, the lucky leg is unbelievable. I feel like a have a new leg, loosened and confident in doing its walking in the proper mechanical way. I had become a lumbering robot. Rick has given me hope and im grabbing that with both hands. I d go everyday for the nect month if i could. After yr first session, you ll know how to manage the therapy and after the first few strokes of ouch, you ll relax into it. Having had upper back, shoulder, and arm pain for over 20 years, I've tried most things to help but nothing has helped relieve the pain for more than ...a few hours. One week after visiting Rick, i feel so much more loose, and the pain level has dropped significantly. Rick is very welcoming, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. As others have said, it is painful, but the rewards far outweigh the temporary pain. I'm definitely going back for treatments in other areas. I would recommend a look at the process of Myofascial Release if you're in anyway worried or in doubt. It really does work! Show more

Went to see Rick regarding neck and upper back pain that I’ve had for 15 years. I’ve tried everything in the past to try and get it sorted and spent a... fortune in the process I.e physio, sports massages, acupuncture. Pain killers, steroid injections, private osteopath, private chiropractors the list is endless. so I decided to book in and give it ago and I did not regret it at all. Feel so much looser in my upper back, neck, arms. I didn’t feel 90 year old when I got up the next morning can’t actually believe how much better it feels so I’m one happy bunny.
