I was nervous when I went in due to watching videos but to be honest Rick made me feel relaxed & said he’d stop if I asked , thankfully is was no wher...e near what I was expecting , im still in a lot of pain with shoulder & arm but due to going on holiday & not being able to get in again until after my hols , Thankfully GP done an urgent referral to MSK at Oaklands I go next week , hopefully I’ll see Rick again endish of January Show more

Lots of badness still in that shoulder as you can see with how dark the bruises were / are. Glad we’ve got a bit of movement but definitely lots of rehab and more sessions to go with this one. I’d probably suggest a scan too, to see the full extent of the issues here Sharon 👍🏼

As everyone as else has said.. yes it hurts, in some places but the end result is well worth it. Went with a stiff neck, left side is completely free... now, right side a little bit of tightness but much better. Going to book back in to get the legs done properly.. only had the quads done.. highly recommend adductors/inside of your legs.. doesn't hurt one bit 👀 Thanks Rick, nice to try different forms of therapy. Seen the pictures & thought could this work for me - it did …Rick did a fantastic job, he’s friendly which automatically put you at ease, explains th...e process thoroughly & helps you understand exactly what he’s doing & what he’s trying to achieve. He worked on loosening up my entire back & shoulders area as it’s a bit naff due to sitting all day driving. I instantly felt less tightness all down my spine & round my shoulders. Prof it worked…I tried to do a yoga bind on my right arm side & could just touch fingers which I haven’t been able to do for some time - normally about 2/3 inch’s away - very impressed - I’ll be back to the torture chamber for my legs very soon - thank you x Show more

My first appointment with Rick, and I think I held up ok! (Minus a bit of bad language) and I’m not as bruised as I thought I was going to be. Rick wa...s really easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable and unlike any treatment I’ve had before, I might not be fixed yet but I actually feel like this was doing me some good. Went with lower back & groin discomfort, Rick took a look, and was my left glute doing all the work and my right side not, causing my hips to twist an...d shortening of the leg, his words, was in a mess 🤣 YES it hurt some painfull some a nice hurt, left feeling a lot better, felt straighter& less restricted, bit if work from me now then I'm going back, for another round of punishment 👌 Rick is a top guy, down to earth, says it how it is, and does what he needs to do, Rest is with yourself to grin & bear it 👌👌 Show more

Amazing! Rick identified that I currently have one leg shorter than the other probably due to over compensating with the pain I have. (He did explain ...it in more detail to me). This has never been mentioned by anyone I have seen previously and I have spent a significant amount of money seeing various people and also physios on NHS. I’m a bit ( ok very 🤣) sore but that will wear off over the next few days. Even my husband has commented that I am walking better. So glad I’ve found Rick. For anyone thinking they need help for their injuries/pain boom with Rick and you won’t go wrong. Show more

I visit around every 6 months to get my neck, shoulders and back sorted out, poor posture and a job sitting looking at 3 screens 35 hours per week lea...ves me in a great deal of discomfort, unable to even put a jacket on. Anyway, it’s always a pretty painful session (I took something to bite down on this time) but the gain of pain relief and better movement once the bruising and tenderness go in a few days is so worth it. I literally tell everyone with any ache or pain to check the services of Rick or his lovely wife Kirsty. Will be booking in again shortly for legs and lower back following a bad fall once my ankle is healed a bit more. Show more

I’ve waited 4 weeks before writing this review as I wanted to give myself time to see how my body actually responded to this treatment. In short I’m i...n a miles better place than where I was before. I suffer from a bad back, a torn shoulder and I have a knee problem. Along with this there’s the usual man problem of tight hips and no flexibility. Since the treatment I’ve been able to work (building trade) more comfortably and also hit the gym better. My knee problem was stopping me from training legs and I’ve now managed 3 small sessions. I’m still not 100% but it’s a marked improvement. If you have something that’s bothering you and you’re thinking about booking in with Rick, just do it! Yes it hurts like hell but the benefits outweigh the temporary discomfort by a mile. Show more
