Rick came highly recommended by a colleague who had visited him on a couple of occasions with great success. As a runner who was struggling with runne...rs knee (s) and had tried everything, I thought a visit was worth a shot. After an initial consultation about my issues and what I was expecting to take from the session, Rick took to my quads, adductors and IT bands with his magic bar. I`ll be honest, it was nowhere near as painful as I expected or it looks online (and I`m a mard arse!) 40 mins later I was bouncing down the stairs like I haven't done in a long time. A couple of days on, the redness has disappeared and been replaced by a few colourful bruises. However, I`m back out running almost pain free, only now realising what a mess my legs really were in. If your on the fence about giving this a go, I really wouldn`t hesitate. Rick was very professional and passionate about Kinetic Therapy and a good laugh too. The best money ive ever spent on myself! For over 10 years ive had limited movement and stiffness around my shoulders and rotator cuff. I came to Rick to help with hip and leg pain that I had for 7 years. He’s the first male I have ever been to for treatment and he made me really comfo...rtable and laugh throughout. He knows his stuff and knew straight away where to work and what areas was tight causing my pain. My hip was looser and more mobile straight after, it is uncomfortable but you know it’s doing you good and Rick gave regular breaks to help me through it. He kindly gave me a protein shake drink after as I hadn’t eaten which was nice. Will definitely book in again and certainly recommend. Looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks Rick Show more
