Been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and never had an injury before. Over time i’ve built a lot of repetitive strain and had been struggling... with my right hip for a while, seen Rick on social media through another trainer and had been following him for a while. Finally got a session booked in as he is booked up for weeks and rightly so I’m 2 days post treatment and I’m starting to feel amazing. After almost Facebook stalking Rick for over a year, I decided to bite the bullet! I had various physio appointments, scans, MRI’s etc, I still could...n’t get to bottom of my issues. After one visit to Rick, my left shoulder especially, feels so much more flexible… SO many people tried telling me “don’t do it, it’ll cause more harm than good”. Right, I’m not meaning to be gushy… but OH MY WORD!! Get book in! Rick is super talented, knowledgeable, friendly, funny & confident… & rightly so.... I had a frozen shoulder for years, I’ve had two steroid injections in the past which worked for a while, well the first one did, the second not so much. I’d been following Rick on social media for quite a while and when he answered my message quite soon and someone said it’s a “nice” pain, I booked and was looking forward to it for at least a month, (he’s so busy) my family and friends weren’t sure but since they’ve seen the results they are amazed. A girl at work is talking about booking now too. Loads have asked me and seen the photos. You might have gathered I can’t rate The muscle scraper enough. I’ll definitely go back. These reviews are all 5* for a reason. I was sceptical at first but have had huge, instant relief from this therapy after years of chronic pain. Ten...sion headache has immediately dissapaited and the adhesions in my shoulder and rhomboid feel alleviated for the first time in 3 years. Rick was fantastic- incredibly knowledgeable and great at getting to the cause of your problems. He puts you at ease and will go at your pace/give reg...ular breaks as it is uncomfortable, but definitely worth it. Wasted so much time and money on chiropractors and sports massages for Rick to find and fix the problem in 40 mins. Worth the pain and money 100%.
