Caitlin is probably the most professional nail technician I’ve ever been to. Most nail techs just stick on nails, gel polish them and that’s that, but... Caitlin was very thorough with me and actually took a lot of care with my cuticles, nail beds etc. She gave me a lot of really good information and was really lovely. My nails are very brittle / weak due to me not taking proper care of them, but Caitlin has got me on the BIAB journey and hopefully in a couple of months they’ll be healthy.
