I’ve been having cold plunges for a while’s now, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for me. Not only does it help me de-stress, but it’s also made... a big difference in my osteoarthritis pain. I leave every session feeling refreshed, lighter, and more relaxed. Gemma is amazing, and would recommend to anyone looking to recover, recharge, or just take better care of their body and mind. 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first cold plunge and red light experience. Gemma was amazing, she put me at ease, explained the whole experience and what to expect in so... much detail that I was excited to try it. Gemma was so knowledgeable and professional and having Gemma support me on my first cold plunge was brilliant. I don’t think I would have even dipped my toe in for 5 seconds if Gemma was guiding me through the process. Can’t wait to book my next one.

Was tense before getting there (with life not the thought of my visit!!) but after a few minutes I felt I’d reset and had calmed to my normal self and... then some. Been going a year now and I still don’t know how it works…but it does. Well worth it IMO.

She explained everything from wh...at to expect physically and mentally during the cold plunge.
