This was my first cold plunge and red light experience. Gemma was amazing, she put me at ease, explained the whole experience and what to expect in so... much detail that I was excited to try it. Gemma was so knowledgeable and professional and having Gemma support me on my first cold plunge was brilliant. I don’t think I would have even dipped my toe in for 5 seconds if Gemma was guiding me through the process. Can’t wait to book my next one. Show more

Was tense before getting there (with life not the thought of my visit!!) but after a few minutes I felt I’d reset and had calmed to my normal self and... then some. Been going a year now and I still don’t know how it works…but it does. Well worth it IMO. Show more

I’ve had two cold plunge experiences and both have been brilliant for the mind and body. The service that the lady provides (I think her name is Han...nah) is invaluable, she talks me through how my body might react and has stayed in the room both times giving moral support. I went from 3 minutes to 4 1/2 minutes this time. The cold plunge area is beautifully set out with two cold plunge pools enabling you to go with a friend if you wish too. Show more

Gemma was extremely knowledgeable, informative and reassuring through out our session. She stayed with us to support and keep us safe during our firs...t session. The atmosphere enabled us to relax and ensured our first cold plunge experience was a positive experience. We have rebooked multiple sessions. We also booked the RLT after as it’s a pleasant way to re adjust to temperature, whilst benefitting from the RLT. I would highly recommend Cold Plunge Chesterfield. Thank you Gemma Show more

Cold Plunge in Chesterfield. Visited for the first time a few day's ago and will be returning very soon. I have already recommended it to my friends.... Grmma, the instructor, was lovely, very informative, and knowledgeable. She stayed with me throughout my session, coaching me as to how to enter the cold plunge correctly. I personally found it very therapeutic and mindful, and with the coaching Gemma gave, it was not as bad as i had imagined. Cost wise i found it very reasonable with the coaching, and the second visit is cheaper due to Gemma not having to give instructions. Show more
