You contacted me regarding parking at 6:22pm the evening before your appointment, and I responded at 9:48pm with full parking information. No further reply was received. On the day of your appointment, you arrived 9 minutes past the scheduled start time, which meant there unfortunately wasn’t enough time to safely include the tint. I explained this when you arrived, and you mentioned you were fine without it. Before starting the appointment, I asked if you had this treatment done before, and you said yes — so I confirmed that you already knew the process and proceeded with the lash lift. During the treatment, after lotion 1 was applied, I asked if everything felt okay and offered you a blanket, which you declined. My phone is kept nearby only to track the exact timing of each lotion — this ensures the lashes aren’t overprocessed. The alarm is turned off immediately once it sounds.
