Why do the vessels on the face become noticeable? This is due to a violation of blood microcirculation, when the walls of small vessels (capillaries) lose their elasticity and, once expanded, they can no longer narrow.

In addition, the capillary walls become brittle. This is manifested first by the appearance of areas of even redness on the cheeks, on the wings of the nose, on the forehead or chin, and then a clearly visible vascular network forms in the affected areas.
