Laura is incredibly pe...rsonable and has a natural ability to make you feel instantly comfortable and at ease. She’s so knowledgeable about skin and skin health, it’s clear she’s truly passionate about what she does. The salon itself is beautiful! A perfect balance between cosy and professional, without feeling too clinical. Laura takes such thoughtful care with each and every client, creating personalised skincare plans tailored to individual needs. She even helped me understand how to get the best out of the products I already use, which I really appreciated. I think I’ve found my new hobby – I’ve already booked in for my next treatment!
