I booked an appointment with Ricardo but he does no longer work there and they havent updated the system. I was sat with a younger guy but didn't tell... me his name. It seemed promising as the manager was friendly, but after telling the barber what I wanted, he quickly started doing the opposite and left my hair with a line across as he cut too deep and it was supposed to be a mid fade but it ended just being tapered haircut. What's worse, is that he said he couldn't see the line and that it was maybe because I was white. I had to tell him to fix it and was honestly very dissatisfied. Show more
