Hi Julie sorry you feel this way ,I have spoke to the stylist that done your hair and she has explained the reason why she didn’t bring your colour to the ends it was because you would have had a build up of colour and that is not what she wanted . The stylist did explain this process to you also because you came in early for your appointment and the stylist didn’t want to keep you waiting she decided to start you earlier. When she cut your hair she did explain that she would need to leave you a few minutes to rinse someone’s hair ,as for the cut you showed a picture which she followed.
