You brought us jewellery that us nor you had any idea of what metal it was, pre opened and previously worn (unclean). Wanted us to change the jewellery on a piercing that had been done badly from another shop and was clearly swollen with a new back and your old previously worn jewellery, then became very confrontational when we refused to offer a service that went against not just ours, but ANY good studios hygiene and ethical practices. You booked in for a jewellery change, so you could have seen our "service information" that states we will not do this. What you asked us to do is dangerous, dirty, unprofessional, and goes against everything that any studio who cares about a customer should stand for. If you believe that we are incorrect in our reply, then you can come in and watch/listen to the cctv/audio, though this will only prove that i acted very professionally despite your manner towards me. You mam was lovely though and she is always welcome back to our studio any time.
