I will never ever use this dog groomer again - she has completely skinned my beautiful show cocker puppy, but left his head and tail hair really long.... It’s really uneven and patchy. He looks absolutely ridiculous and is going to be freezing cold, we have had to buy him a coat as he has literally no fur to keep him warm on walks which we do for an hour a day. It’s his 1st birthday tomorrow and we can’t take any pics of him now all his beautiful fur has been shaved off. I am so unhappy and upset. Do not use this groomer. I had to wait in there another half an hour on top of the appointment time when I was already pushed for time. I asked for a deep shampoo and trim! No way in this world any groomer in their right mind would do this to a dog in the middle of winter, we are all so upset and he is shaking due to the cold. Show more

I’m sorry but you said as short as possible and to leave head and tail. I’m always asking how short customer want his dog to be cut, only if dog is matted or owner asking for shortest cut I’m doing it.
