Originally, I found Emily through The Filler Palace and booked masseter Botox along with nose filler. I specifically asked for a pixie nose lift. Righ...t after the procedure, my nose was understandably swollen and red, but I also noticed a dent that I hadn’t requested. In the moment, I didn’t want her to add more filler, so I decided to wait and see if it improved as the swelling went down. The swelling, however, never went down. Instead, the tip of my nose became fat and bulbous. I brought up my concerns multiple times, but Emily reassured me that healing could take longer than two weeks for some people. Now, over a month later, my nose still looks terrible—the tip is swollen, misshapen, and remains sensitive and painful to the touch. I’ve tried to communicate my dissatisfaction, but as you can see from our messages, she doesn’t seem to understand that I’m unhappy with the final result. Because I followed her advice to wait, I’ve now missed the refund window. I think people go to her because her services are cheap. …but in my experience, you get what you pay for. The lower price might be tempting, but the results and aftercare just don’t seem worth it. I trusted her advice to wait, only to be left with a nose that looks worse than before and no way to get my money back. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she kept insisting that I just needed more time to heal. Now, I’m stuck with a result I hate, and I’m going to have to spend even more money to fix it elsewhere. I’m sharing this so others know what they’re getting into before booking with her. If you care about quality results and proper aftercare, I’d strongly suggest going to someone more experienced.
