Went for my 1st led sauna wrap..with having high blood pressure Sarah was constantly checking me to ensure everything was ok..i got up next morning an...d no weightloss but during that day i couldnt stop weeing and could really feel the toxins being draw out as i was a bit sweaty during the day..next morning decided to weigh again..dont know why as i ate rubbish the night before..but i had 2lb weight loss..The machine wasnt on the highest neither cos of my blood pressure.. it was a really relaxed sauna wrap and already booked my next session.
